11/2 Parts Russell’s ReserveĀ® 10 YO Bourbon
1/2 Parts Almond Oregeat
1/2 Parts Heavy Cream
1/2 Parts Coffee Liqueur
Club Soda

Shake all ingredients, except soda, with ice for 10 seconds and double strain into a tall glass. Fill with club soda, pouring from about 6 inches above the glass. Wait a few seconds, and then add another splash of soda – this will “lift” the foam above the top of the glass. Serve with a straw. Recipe by Jennifer Colliau
