11/2 Parts Glen Grant® Scotch
1/2 Parts Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 Parts Rosemary Syrup
2 Parts Brut Sparkling Wine

To make rosemary syrup: Warm equal parts sugar (or honey) and water with a few rosemary sprigs over low heat until sugar (or honey) is dissolved. Gently muddle or press the rosemary to release the oils. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before use. To make cocktail: Combine whisky, lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and ice in shaker. Shake hard for 5 seconds. Pour sparkling wine into the shaker and double strain into a cocktail glass.

To batch: Combine 2 cups Glen Grant Scotch, 1 cup Lemon Juice, 1 1/2 cups Rosemary Syrup, and 1 750ml bottle of Brut Sparkling wine to punch bowl or pitcher. Add ice, and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes to dilute, and add 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup of sparkling water to dilute as needed. Garnish with lemon wheels and serve. Serves 8.
