.75 PART LEMON JUICE
.5 PART CYNAR
.25 PART LUSTAU EAST INDIA SHERRY
2 TSP BLACKBERRY or BLACK RASPBERRY JAM
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake hard.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish
with blackberry (if in season) or a lemon peel.
