2 Parts Forty Creek® Barrel Select Whisky
3/4 Parts Lapsang Souchong Tea Infused Jackfruit Shrub
1/2 Parts Honey Syrup
3/4 Parts Lemon Juice
2 Parts Soda
Mint Sprig & Aromatic Bitters For Garnish
Shake all ingredients except soda and garnish with ice for 5 seconds, then strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and a couple dashes of bitters.
