1 oz Russell’s Reserve® Bourbon
1 oz Añejo Tequila
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
6 Mint Leaves
2 Tbsp Huckleberries (or 5-6 blackberries)
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint and berries. Add the bourbon, tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white and dry shake. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
