2 oz Wild Turkey® Bourbon

3/4 oz Lavender Simple Syrup

Lavender Sprigs

Crushed Ice


To make lavender syrup: combine 2 tbsp. of dried lavender flowers with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small sauce pan over low heat. Stir, and let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Strain out the lavender and allow it to cool completely before using.

Then, in a rocks or Julep glass, combine lavender simple syrup and Wild Turkey®. Fill the glass with crushed ice and garnish with a lavender sprig.
