2 Parts Forty Creek® Whisky
1/2 Parts Maple Syrup
1/2 of a Small Lemon, cut into quarters
6 Mint Leaves + 1 Sprig
Combine lemon, maple syrup, and mint leaves in a pint glass and muddle gently to release juice from lemon and oils from mint. Add whisky and ice, and shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
