2 oz. Fig Infused Russell’s Reserve® Bourbon
1/2 oz. Averna®
1 dash Orange Bitters
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
To make fig infused bourbon, combine 1 cup of Russell’s Reserve Bourbon and 3 sliced figs (fresh or dried) in a jar. Let it sit in a cool, dark place for 2-5 days. Strain out the figs and store in a glass bottle or jar.
For the cocktail, combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish with a fig slice and rosemary.
