2 Parts Wild Turkey® Bourbon
3/4 Parts Mint Simple Syrup
To make mint syrup, combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small sauce pan over low heat. Once sugar dissolves, add one handful of fresh mint leaves and let it sit for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain syrup through cheesecloth. Let cool before use. In a rocks or Julep glass, combine mint simple syrup and Wild Turkey®. Fill the glass with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
