Ontario’s Perfect Punch
11/2 Cups Forty Creek® Whisky
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
1/2 Cup Chai Syrup
1/2 Cup Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum
3/4 Cup Lemon Juice
To make chai syrup, combine 1 part strong chai tea and 1 part of sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Stir to dissolve sugar and let it cool before use. To make punch: combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and mix well. Add ice and let the mixture cool for a few minutes. Stir again and garnish with fresh cranberries and lemon wheels.
