Peach & Honey Whisky Sour

2 oz. Forty Creek® Whisky

3 Peach Slices

1/2 oz. Honey Syrup

3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

3 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Combine peach slices, honey syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker tin, and muddle to release the fruit juice. Add whiskey, and the egg white, and dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds to emulsify. Add ice, then shake again for 10 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass and top with bitters.
